Executive functioning refers to the brain’s ability to manage time, plan tasks, regulate emotions, and stay organized—key skills every college student needs to succeed in a more demanding and less structured environment.

Summer In-Person Coaching:
Ideal to complete before leaving for college
3–4 sessions recommended
$125/session

Virtual Check-Ins:
2 follow-up sessions during Fall & Winter
To reinforce skills and problem-solve real college challenges
