Monica Garcia, MS, BCBA, LBA is a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over seven years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), specializing in early childhood care for children ages 3–6. She is committed to creating compassionate, individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices.

Monica’s approach focuses on helping children generalize their skills across home, school, and community environments—ensuring that progress made in therapy translates into everyday success. Her work is driven by the joy of celebrating every achievement, no matter how big or small. She believes every step forward deserves recognition and feels deeply honored to walk alongside each child on their journey toward growth and independence.

Monica earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Governors State University and her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from National Louis University.
